Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb
down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.
No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him.
They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.
There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.
The angel said to me, "These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place."
"Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book."
I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me.
But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers the prophets and of all who keep the words of this book. Worship God!"
Then he told me, "Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, because the time is near.
Let him who does wrong continue to do wrong; let him who is vile continue to be vile; let him who does right continue to do right; and let him who is holy continue to be holy."
"Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done.
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
"Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city.
Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
"I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star."
The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.
I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.
And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.
He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon." Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen.
启示录第廿二章   启 22:1> 曾经,耶稣说在祂里面有生命的泉源,也许就是这水吧…… 

  22:1 生命水是永生的象征。耶稣也曾向撒马利亚妇人谈及这水(参约 4:7-14 )。这生命水使我们看见与神同在的丰盛,当我们信靠祂的时候,所带给我们的是永恒的福气,和使我们在灵里得到满足( 22:17 )。 

  启 22:2> “乃为医治万民”,就是可以吃的吧,但我认识的生命树不是不可以吃的吗? 

  22:2 这生命树和伊甸园的生命树(参创 2:9 )相似。亚当和夏娃犯罪后,神禁止他们吃生命树上的果子,因为只要他们仍在罪的权势之下,他们便不能得到永生。但藉着耶稣的血,罪得赦免,在这城中将没有邪恶与罪。我们不再被罪辖制,永远与神同在时,便可以随意吃生命树上的果子了。 

  启 22:2> 到那时候,人还需要医治,难道人还会犯罪?若不是,又是…… 

  22:2 既然邪恶已经除去,万民为什么还需要医治呢?约翰所写的是引述以西结所说的(参结 47:12 ),水从圣殿中流出来,使树木滋长,而这些树木的叶子有医治的功效。约翰并非暗示在新天新地里仍有疾病,他的意思是要强调:无论生命水流到哪儿,都会带来健康和力量。 

  启 22:3> 再没有咒诅,真的可以吗?真令人难以想像…… 

  22:3 在神面前什么也不能被咒诅,这是应验了先知撒迦利亚的预言(参亚 14:11 )。 

  开始与结局 

  启 22:8-9> 不能看见,不能听见,但我们仍然相信,是因为…… 

  22:8-9 虽然你不能亲眼看到事情的发生,但听到或读到目击证人的话,已是最好的了。约翰看到了好些异象,把它写下来,使我们也可以看到和相信。 

  启 22:8-9> “你要敬拜神。”这不像是对约翰说的,像是说给我听;今天我欲求欲敬拜的是…… 

  22:8-9 十诫的第一条是“除了我以外,你不可有别的神。”(出 20:3 )耶稣说摩西律法中最大的诫命是“你要尽心、尽性、尽意爱主你的神。”(太 22:37 )。天使吩咐约翰要敬拜神。只有神配得我们的敬拜和颂赞。祂在一切受造物,包括天使之上。有什么人、物、观念、目标或财物霸占了你生活的中心,以致将神挤了出去呢?我们要单单敬拜神,不要让任何东西分散了我们对祂的爱。 

  启 22:10-11> 因为日子近了,我们要明了神的指示。日子近了,就要好好预备迎见我神…… 

  22:10-11 天使告诉约翰,他看完异象之后,不要把所写的话封闭起来,与但以理的情况相反(参但 12:4-12 ),约翰要公开这书卷,使所有人都可以读到和明白。因为但以理的信息不是对但以理的时代而说的,而启示录却是对约翰的时代说的,而且对现代也适用。基督再来的日子渐近了,跟随神的人和跟随撒但的人壁垒分明。我们必须阅读启示录,聆听神所启示的信息,准备好随时迎接基督再来。 

  启 22:12-14> 洗净自己衣服的人有福了!我也去洗──你说其实是── 

  22:12-14 将衣裳洗净的人,便是那些寻求洁净自己,脱离罪恶的人。他们每日努力持守信仰,为基督再来作准备。 

  启 22:14> 新天新地,一切都是新的,人也得以走到生命树那里…… 

  22:14 亚当和夏娃因犯罪而被逐出伊甸园,不能走近生命树(参创 3:22-24 )。但在新天新地里,神的子民要吃生命树的果子,因为基督的死与复活已把我们的罪除去。凡吃这树上果子的,都要永远存活。 

  启 22:15> 城外的人,被厌弃的人,在里面不会有你吧…… 

  22:15 这些罪人的所在地并不十分清楚,也没有相关的资料,他们已被审判和刑罚( 21:7-8 ),他们都是在城外。这里强调罪人再也不能在神面前伤害任何一个忠信的人。 

  启 22:16> 是人的后裔,是天上星又如何,这跟我有什么关系? 

  22:16 耶稣是大卫的根,也是他的后裔。既然是一切受造物的创造者,祂早在大卫之前就已存在了;但作为一个人,祂是大卫的后裔(参赛 11:1-5 ;太 1:1-17 );作为弥赛亚,祂是明亮的晨星,使人得蒙救赎。 

  启 22:17> “来!”这是对你对我对他的邀请,你接受了没有? 

  22:17 圣灵和新妇(教会)发出邀请,请整个世界上的人来到耶稣面前,经历在基督里得蒙救赎的喜乐。 

  启 22:17> 这水,你喝了,我喝了,但仍有些人在渴着,在等着喝呢!我们可以作什么? 

  22:17 耶稣在井旁遇见撒马利亚妇人时,曾告诉她,祂可以把活水给她(参约 4:10-15 )。基督邀请每个人前来喝生命的水。福音是没有限制的,所有的人在任何地方都可以接受福音。我们不能赚取救恩,神却白白赐下。这个世界极需要这活水,有很多人正要干渴而死。但现在仍未算太迟,让我们邀请每一个人前来取这水喝吧! 

  启 22:18-19> 若删去书卷内容的一些什么,就被删去名字!为什么惩罚这么重? 

  22:18-19 这一个警告,是针对那些可能故意歪曲这一卷书之信息的人。摩西在申命记中也有类似的警告(参申 4:1-4 )。我们也必须小心对待和尊重圣经,这样才不会歪曲了神的信息,即使是无意的歪曲,也要小心避免。没有任何人的解释或翻译的权威可提至经文本身之上的。我们应该尽量把圣经的原则应用在生活上。 

  启 22:20> 快来!但不知道是哪一天哪一刻,你不会说再等一等才作主工吧? 

  22:20 我们不知道在哪一天、或哪一个时刻,但耶稣要在意想不到的时候再来。对信靠祂的人来说,这是一个大喜的信息,但对那些拒绝祂的、要受审判的人来说,这是恐怖的信息。“快来”是马上要来的意思,我们必须作好准备,时刻等待祂再来。耶稣的突然出现会使你手足无措吗? 

  启 22:21> “主耶稣啊,我愿你来!”这可是你的呼求? 

  22:21 看创世记和启示录,我们知道人类的历史在乐园里开始,在乐园里结束。但在启示录里,邪恶永远消失了。创世记描写亚当和夏娃与神同行和谈话;启示录描写万民面对面敬拜祂。创世记描写一个住着一条恶蛇的园子;启示录描写一个没有罪恶的完美新城。伊甸园被罪恶所破坏;但乐园被重新创造,成为新耶路撒冷。 

  启示录以一个迫切的呼求作结束:“主耶稣啊,我愿你来。”在一个充满问题、迫害、邪恶和不道德的世界上,基督要我们在信仰上坚忍。努力改善世界很重要,但结果仍不能跟耶稣再来时所带来的改变相比。只有祂掌管人类的历史,赦免罪恶,重新创造世界,带来永远的平安。 

  启示录是一本充满希望的书卷。它告诉我们,无论在地上发生什么事情,神仍在掌权;它也应许,邪恶不会持久,并告诉我们,有极奇妙的赏赐正等待着那些相信耶稣是救主和让祂作生命之主的人。──《灵修版圣经注释》
